What is Savor? A 7 day Fast & Creative Menu

Time: Sunday 3pm - Saturday 3pm

This fast is a practice of meeting our life as it is, with gratitude and presence.

It asks us to notice the beauty already here instead of chasing more. The fast includes four loving limits listed below and a creative menu of daily practices designed to guide us back to what truly nourishes.

The goal is practicing contentment right where we are, in who we are.

Instructions: Complete (1) Breakfast, (1 ) Lunch, (1 ) Dinner every day from the List Below.

breakfast by 11am

Morning Pages - Journal 10 minutes without stopping

Mirror - Sit in the mirror and speak kind words

Stretch - Stretch your body

Breathe - 10 min breath work

Pray - Pray for yourself and someone else

Gratitude Walk - Walk and express gratitude

lunch by 3pm

Write - List 30 things your grateful for

Call - Call 2 people and affirm them

Share- Share a lesson you have learned

Hug- Offer two people hugs

Clean- Clean or organize your space

Say No- Set and share a clear boundary with someone.

Visualizer -
Visualize your perfect day

dinner by 9pm

Evening Walk- Evening walk with yourself, friend or family.

Boredom - Quietly Sit with yourself for 30 min.
No Music, Books, writing, or external distractions.

Cook - cook or bake something new

Write- Write A Letter to a Friend or Family Member.
Mail it to them.

Hobby - Try A New Hobby for the first time.

Declutter- Find 5-10 items in your home to giveaway!
It can be anything literally.
